Important:
- AI verification is provided as an assistive tool only and does not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional certification of any document.
- AI verification results are indicative and may contain errors. GP Link does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated assessments.
- Final document verification and acceptance decisions rest with the relevant regulatory authority (e.g., Ahpra, AMC).
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that all documents you upload are genuine, properly certified where required, and meet the requirements of the relevant regulatory body.
13. Third-Party Services
GP Link may integrate with third-party providers, including:
- Cloud hosting providers
- AI document verification services (Anthropic)
- Email service providers
- Payment processors (if applicable)
We require third parties to maintain reasonable data security standards.

15. Limitation of Liability for Registration Assistance
GP Link provides guidance and tools to assist users with the specialist registration process, including document preparation checklists, AI-powered document verification, and certification checks. These services are provided as assistive tools based on publicly available regulatory guidelines.
GP LINK RECRUITMENT AUSTRALIA PTY LTD does not accept liability for:
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated document verification or certification assessments
- Documents that are rejected by regulatory authorities (including Ahpra, AMC, GMC, or any other body) despite receiving a positive AI verification result on the platform
- Incorrect, incomplete, or improperly certified documents uploaded by the user
- Delays, rejections, or adverse outcomes in the registration process arising from any document or information provided by the user
- Any reliance by the user on AI verification results as a substitute for independent legal, professional, or regulatory advice
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all documents they submit are authentic, accurate, complete, and properly certified in accordance with the requirements of the relevant regulatory authority. GP Link follows regulatory guidelines to the closest ability reasonably possible, however any error in documentation remains the user's liability.
